RQFocus is led by Jeff King. Jeff has worked in the medical device industry since 1988 beginning as an Engineer supporting both the R&D and Manufacturing functions. Upon getting his business degree, Jeff transitioned into a Marketing role and, in fact, launched one of the products he developed as an Engineer onto the market and ultimately selling off the product line to another company.
In 1997 Jeff began his role as a facilitator helping department leaders build their teams. With his industry experience and familiarity with how product development teams and manufacturing work, he is able to quickly understand your situations and knows first hand the difference a star performer can make on a team, and how much easier they are to manage.
And as a working professional Jeff was approached regularly by recruiters and found most of them to be lacking in knowledge and professionalism. Now, as a recruiter himself, his goal is to provide a better option to mediocre and sloppy recruiting. He has become a certified personnel consultant (CPC), and is also a certified facilitator of the Everyday Employee Engagement people and team management concepts. It is his hope you will notice the difference in the very first conversation and realize he truly wants to be a partner in your search.
